Fundamentals of Entrepreneurship
(C-205)
नोट : इस प्रश्न-पत्र को पाँच खण्डो-अ, ब, स, द एवं इ में विभाजित किया गया है। खण्ड-अ (लघु उत्तरीय प्रश्न) में एक लघु उत्तरीय प्रश्न है, जिसके दस भाग हैं। ये सभी दस भाग अनिवार्य हैं। खण्डों-ब, स,द एवं इ (विस्तृत उत्तरीय प्रश्न) प्रत्येक में दो प्रश्न हैं। प्रत्येक खण्ड से एक प्रश्न करना है। विस्तृत उत्तर अपेक्षित है।
This paper is divided into Section-A, B, C, D & E. Section-A (Short Answer Questions) contains one questions of ten parts requiring short answer. All these ten compulsory. Sections-B, C, D & E (descriptive Answer one question from each Section. Answer must be descriptive.
खण्ड-अ (Section-A)
इस खण्ड में एक प्रश्न के दस भागों के लघु उत्तर अपेक्षित हैं। प्रत्येक भाग 4 अंकों का है। This question contains one question of ten parts requiring short answers. Each part carries 4 marks.
(a) उद्यमशीलता की परिभाषा दीजिए।
Define Entrepreneurship.
(b) उद्यमशीलता विकास कार्यक्रम के उद्देश्य।
Objectives of Entrepreneurship Development Programme
(c) सफल उद्यमी की विशेषताएँ।
Characteristics of successful Entrepreneur
(d) बाहरी व्यवसायिक परिवेश।
External business environment. .
(e) उद्यम पूँजी।
Venture Capital.
(f) उद्यमी का सामाजिक उत्तरदायित्वा
Social responsibility of an entrepreneur
(g) “उद्यमी जन्म से होते हैं, बनाए नहीं जाते हैं।” टिप्पणी कीजिए।
“Entrepreneurs are born not made.” Comment !
(h) ‘नवपरिवर्तन’ और ‘आविष्कार’ में अन्तर स्पष्ट कीजिए।
Distinguish between ‘Innovation’ and ‘Invention’.
(i) नेतृत्व।
Leadership.
(j) विदेशी मुद्रा आय।
Foreign exchange earning.
खण्ड-ब, स, द, एवं इ (Section-B, C, D & E) विस्तृत उत्तरीय प्रश्न (DescriptiveAnswer Questions) प्रत्येक खण्ड में दो प्रश्न हैं। प्रत्येक खण्ड से एक प्रश्न कीजिए। प्रत्येक प्रश्न 15 अंकों का है। विस्तृत अपेक्षित है। Each Section contains two questions. Attempt one question from each Section. Each question carries 15 marks. Answer must be descriptive.
खण्ड-ब (Section-B)
2 भारत में उद्यमी वर्ग के स्वतन्त्रतापूर्वक काल में उद्भव का उल्लेख कीजिए।
Describe the emergence of entrepreneurial class in India during pre-independence era.
अथवा
3.भारत के सामाजिक-आर्थिक विकास में उद्यमियों की भूमिका की चर्चा कीजिए।
Discuss the role of entrepreneurs in the Socio-economic development of India.
खण्ड-स (Section-C).
4.एक उद्यमी के प्रमुख कार्यात्मक क्षेत्र क्या हैं? प्रत्येक का विस्तार से वर्णन कीजिए।
What are the major functional arears of an entrepreneur ? Describe each in detail.
अथवा
5.निर्यात संवर्धन और आयात प्रतिस्थापन में लघु उद्योग की भूमिका की व्याख्या कीजिए।
Discuss the role of entrepreneurs in export promotion and import substitution.
खण्ड-द (Section-D)
6.उद्यमिता विकास कार्यक्रमों के आयोजन में सरकार की भूमिका का आलोचनात्मक मूल्यांकन कीजिए।
Critically evaluate the role of Government in organizing Entrepreneurial Development Programmes (EDP).
अथवा
7.भारत में एक नई व्यवसायिक इकाई स्थापित करने हेतु कानूनी आवश्यकताओं का उल्लेख कीजिए!

खण्ड-इ(Section-E)
8.’सामाजिक उत्तरदायित्व’ किसे कहते हैं? समाज के विभिन्न वर्गों के प्रति उद्यमी के सामाजिक उत्तरदायित्व का उल्लेख कीजिए।
What is ‘social responsibility”? Discuss the social responsibilty of enterpreneur towards the various sections of society.

9. ‘उद्यमी व्यवहार’ पर एक निबन्ध लिखिए।
Write an essay on ‘Entrepreneurial Behaviou’.
