नोट: इस प्रश्न-पत्र को पाँच खण्डों-अ. ब. स द तथा इ में विभाजित किया गया है। खण्ड अ में एक लघु उत्तरीय प्रश्न है, जिसके दस भाग हैं। ये सभी दस भाग अनिवार्य है। खण्डों-च. स. द तथा इ (विस्तृत उत्तरीय प्रश्न) प्रत्येक में दो प्रश्न है। प्रत्येक से एक प्रश्न करना है। विस्तृत उत्तर अपेक्षित है।

नोट: खण्ड ‘अ’ (लघु उत्तरीय प्रश्न) में एक लघु उत्तरीय प्रश्न है, जिसके दस भाग हैं। ये सभी दस भाग अनिवार्य हैं। प्रत्येक भाग 04 अंक का है।
(1) (a) प्रबन्ध की अवधारणा से क्या आशय है? What is meant by management concept?
(b) नौकरशाही क्या है? What is Bureaucracy?
(c) व्यूहरचना नियोजन क्या है? What is strategic planning
(d) विवेकपूर्ण निर्णय क्या है? What is Rationale decision-making?
(e) आदर्श संगठन क्या है? What is ideal organisation?
(f) विकेन्द्रियकरण क्या है? What is Decentralisation?
(g) विभागीयकरण के प्रमुख दोष बताइये। State the main demerits of departmentation.
(h) समिति संगठन से क्या आशय है? What is meant by committee organisation?
(i) अभिप्रेरण की ‘एक्स’ विचारधारा को समझाइये। Explain ‘X’ Theory of Motivation.
(i) परिवर्तन की अवधारणा को स्पष्ट कीजिए। Explain the concept of change.

2. प्रबन्ध की अवधारणा को स्पष्ट कीजिए। भारत के आर्थिक विकास में प्रबन्ध के बढ़ते हुए महत्व की विवेचना कीजिए।
Define concept of management. Discuss the increasing importance of management in the economic development of India.
3. वैज्ञानिक प्रबन्ध क्या है? प्रबन्ध के क्षेत्र में एफ. डब्लू. टेलर की भूमिका की विवेचना कीजिए।
What is scientific management? Discuss the role of F. W. Taylor in the field of Scientific management.

4. नियोजन की अवधारणा को स्पष्ट कीजिए तथा इसके प्रकारों का वर्णन कीजिए।
Explain the concept of planning and describe its types.
5. निर्णयन से क्या तात्पर्य है? निर्णयन की प्रक्रिया का वर्णन कीजिए।
What do you mean by decision-making? Elaborate the process of decision-making,

6. कार्यनीति को परिभाषित कीजिए। कार्यनीति निर्माण के अन्तर्गत उठाये जाने वाले कदमों का वर्णन कीजिए।

7. विभागीयकरण से आप क्या समझते हैं? इसकी आवश्यकता एवं महत्व पर प्रकाश डालिए।

8. संगठन को समझाइये तथा औपचारिक व अनौपचारिक संगठन में अन्तर बताइये। Explain organisation and differentiate between formal and informal organisation.
9. नेतृत्व शैली से क्या आशय है? नेतृत्व के विभिन्न स्वरूपों का वर्णन कीजिए। What do you mean by Leadership style? Describe the various styles of Leadership.
